Expert Answer and Explanation

Gallup’s StrengthsFinder

The Gallup’s StrengthsFinder provided five descriptions of my string themes. Accordingly, my strong themes indicated that I am an achiever, strong belief, futuristic, relator, and individualization (Busch, & Davis, 2018). As an achiever, I portray a constant need for achievement and drive. Each day begins at zero, and I have to ensure the achievement of at least one tangible accomplishment.

Secondly, the strong belief signifies the presence of having core values portray endurance aligned with the aspects of family, the value of responsibility, and deep ethical concerns.

The Futuristic theme details my hope for a better future that keeps pulling me to anticipate the next day. The futuristic approach helps me to be visionary and perceive a brighter future for development (Yee et al., 2018). Additionally, as a relator, I am able to understand the relationships I have with those around, thus pulling me closer to those I already know.

Lastly, the individualization aspect is essential in helping with the identification of the unique qualities of each person. Individualization is closely related to being a relator as they both focus on my interactions with other people.

The two core values that I would like to strengthen are reliability and consistency. With these two, I would be able to be futuristic and ensure that there are consistent efforts towards achieving the future. My two strengths include a determined achiever and a strong belief of success and positivity.

Strengthening these two attributes has the capacity to influence leadership capability through guidance and management (Parent, & Lovelace, 2018). On the other hand, the two characters that I would like to strengthen are boosting my confidence level and enhance my curiosity. Being a great achiever requires both a curious mind to always want to know, and the confidence to seek or make use of the knowledge.
